Combination Season; Winter 2018 & Spring 2019 (31 Weeks)
Multiple training seasons span both the winter and spring for a 31 week program. This program is designed for those who want to make the commitment of a longer training session, and save money at the same time as they are considerably cheaper than doing each of the single season programs. In this program you will be preparing for Half marathons as soon as January, ready to take on a full by June and anything in-between.
All participants will receive a Black Flag Running Club Dri-Tek moisture wicking athletic shirt with your membership. You can pick the style of shirt you want.
