________________________________________________________
Congratulation, You have completed the hardest part of the training with the longest run of the season on Saturday. I know it was a challenging run but based on the feedback everyone did great. We are starting to transition into our taper phase which will give our legs the opportunity to recover before the race. Look of the article and enjoy the lower mileages. We are in the home stretch.
