Happy Monday Morning!

Another BIG week is under our belt and it ended with a final LONG run all the way from South MIssion through Belmont Park to La Jolla Cove (and further for some.) For many, it was the official beginning of the Taper by having a “shortened” run of 16-18mi and 11-12mi – who would have thunk that a 16mi run was “shortened” ?

We now have less than 2 weeks to go, can you believe it? This marks the official start of our Taper as well and I’ll be sending out an article on the subject within a day or two.
