Congratulation to everyone for putting in the effort on one of the longest runs of the season. The full marathon group you will now move into a two week recovery period so you are nice and fresh for the race while the half marathon team this will be the longest run of your training season this coming Saturday.
This week we have another set of fun runs scheduled and we approach the final weeks of the season. I am so impressed by everyone and so excited to see how everyone performs come race day. See you out there on Tuesday.
THIS WEEK’S TRAINING
We are back after it with another big run this weekend.
- Run/Walkers (Half) – (2/8 or 1/9) Long run will be UP to 120min
- Run/Walkers (Full) – (2/8 or 1/9) Long run will be UP to 180min
- Intermediate HALF – Long run will be UP to 13 mi.
- PR Chasers HALF – Long run will be UP to 15 mi (11e+4LT)
- Intermediate FULL – Long run will be UP to 16 mi.
- PR Chasers FULL – Long run will be UP to 19 M mi. (14e+4LT)
